COACHING
The focus will be on improving the performance of individual (most often new-in-post Chairs) or the board as a whole, we will look at specific areas with the aim of increasing confidence and improving performance. Areas include, but are not limited to:

Getting the most out of you board;

Guidance on training in all aspects of governance;

Keeping to an agenda;

Holding difficult conversations;

Help when considering academisation;

Writing and delivering on Governor/Trustee Action Plans;

Issue resolution - guidance on complaints, grievance and appeals;

Appointment of executive leaders;
-
Guidance on the operation of or the restructuring of Maintained, Trust or Local Governing boards.
